Property and Cancellation Policies

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Our agents are instructed to follow this policy and rules.

Cancellation or changes to a reservation made through a third party must be done through the third party. 

You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to check-in without penalty.

Cancellations within the 48 hour window will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to (1) night's stay.

Guest that do not show up for their reservation will be charged a No Show Fee equal to (1) night's stay.

Terms and Conditions

Room charges will incur 13.325% tax - $2.13 destination fee & $12 hotel Service fee per night.
Parking, WiFi and Breakfast are covered by the Hotel Service Fee.
A Valid Credit Card matching a Driver's License must be presented at check-in.
If paying with cash there will be a $200 security deposit charged to a credit card or held in cash. Cash deposit is fully refundable after room inspection at check out.
Payment for the entire stay will be collected at check-in.
Guest must be 18 years old to check in.
Stayover housekeeping service is available by request only.
If you desire a Tidy Clean Service please notify the front desk the day before.
Outdoor pool & spa are available, no life guard on duty.
