According to multiple guests, an individual entered the sauna after an extended session and did not exit. Witnesses described a brief moment where the air appeared to shift, followed by an unexplained absence. Accounts include descriptions of a sudden stillness in the room and a perception that the guest “stepped forward and disappeared.” Our team immediately reviewed all available information and completed a full inspection of the space. At this time, there is no evidence of any structural issue, safety concern, or confirmed explanation for what was reported. No active missing persons case has been connected to the property. We are not confirming any claims involving distortions, anomalies, or other unexplained events. However, we recognize the consistency in guest observations and are taking the matter seriously. The sauna remains fully operational and has quickly become one of the most talked-about amenities on the property, known for its deep, immersive heat and ability to create a strong sense of physical and mental reset.
