Palatki Heritage Site

The Hopi people lived at Palatki Heritage Site. Palatki cliff dwellings are one of the largest cave residences in the area. The pictographs that decorate the site’s walls captivate many visitors. Each trail is roughly a quarter-mile one-way.

Red Rock Scenic Byway

The Red Rock Scenic Byway starts at Interstate 17 exit 298 and runs for 7.5 miles. Recent byway visitors have remarked on how beautiful the scenery is and how highly they suggest it. Coconino National Forest, which boasts multiple breathtaking overlooks, is another favorite excursion.

Chapel of the Holy Cross

Approximately 4 miles south of Sedona’s “Y” crossroads is the Chapel of the Holy Cross. A gigantic cross holds together the main stained-glass window, which views the Verde Valley.
