The two-day festival lets you try unique vegetarian dishes, pick up new recipes, and learn the best ways to incorporate plants into your life. Speakers include nutritionists, medical doctors, and lifestyle experts – so if you have a medical condition or a lifestyle concern to take into consideration, you can find knowledge catered to your situation.
In between seminars, try some delicious dishes like black bean bowls, spinach-artichoke hummus, or tamales! You’ll also learn the recipes for some dishes that may be vegan but won’t have you missing meat.
