All Sedona hotel rooms and suites have: refrigerators, coffee makers, gas fireplaces, hair dryers, 25" TV's with 40+ cable channels and HBO, FREE high speed wireless internet, nine foot ceiling heights, ceiling fans, individual air conditioning/heating units, telephones (free local & 800/888 calls), custom amenities, night lights in the bathrooms, beautiful southwest decor and framed southwest graphics on the walls.

King Suite

Located on our second floor (for best views). Two rooms separated by a large bathroom with a double vanity sink and a standard tub/shower. One room has a king size bed, a 25" TV, a video tape player, an easy chair, and a small private balcony facing the red rock views. The other room has a queen size sleeper sofa with another TV, a kiva (beehive) style gas fireplace. The room has a private entrance accessed by stairs, a large (5 foot) closet, a refrigerator and counter area w/coffee maker. The room has a 9 foot ceiling height. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons.

King View

Located on our second floor (for best views). One large room with one king size bed, an easy chair, a desk and good lighting. The room has a closet, 25" TV, a large bathroom with a standard tub/shower. The room has a large private deck facing the red rock views. This room is accessed by stairs. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons.

Mission King

Same floor plan as King View (also on our second floor) with the addition of a small counter/cupboard area where the refrigerator and coffee maker are located, and private entrance accessed by stairs. This is a "theme room". The room decor is in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright, with dark oak furniture (in the "arts & crafts" period), lamps, wall graphics, drapes and bedspreads all reminiscent of this period of the 20's and 30's. This room is an excellent choice for that romantic getaway. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons.

Two Queen Beds

Available on both our lower level and upper level (the upper level has better views). The rooms have 2 queen size beds, a good size closet and a desk with task chair. The room's bathrooms have a standard tub/shower. The upper level units have a private deck facing the views and a semi private entrance accessed by stairs. The lower level units have a semi-private patio (shared with their adjacent room) with limited red rock views and are accessed by three short steps from the sidewalk to the room's patio. Two of our dual queen rooms on our first level have connecting doors to their adjoining dual queen with Jacuzzi. For those with families who would like more room this makes an ideal large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Maximum occupancy per dual queen room: 4 persons. Please note that the layout of our 1st floor dual queen rooms is the best option for families.

King or Dual Queen with Jacuzzi

King or Dual Queen with Jacuzzi - located on our first floor only so as not to disturb our guests below with the noise of the tub. Similarly equipped as our King or Dual Queen View rooms but with a separate stall shower and whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom. These rooms have a shared (dual queen) or private patio (king) and have a limited red rock view. Maximum occupancy for King Jacuzzi: 2 persons. Maximum occupancy for Dual Queen Jacuzzi: 4 persons.

Dual Queen Jacuzzi rooms are also available as connecting room pairs. They each connect to an adjacent dual queen level 1 room, making a 2 bathroom, 4 bedded room for larger families.

One King Bed

These rooms are located on our first floor. They have one king sized bed. They have wheelchair accessibility and are built to meet ADA standards. There are grab bars in the tub/shower and around the toilet. They have standard tub/showers (there is no roll in shower). They also have a desk with a task chair and an easy chair. They have a private patio near our outdoor spa with limited red rock views.

Come on in.... the water is just right! Morning, noon or evening, our sparkling pool (seasonally heated) and spa (heated year 'round) is just right to relax.
